How much for one Company website in your area?

For one common company website, how much one website build company would like to charge in your area? Not include hosting and domain!

1 penny. Common company website is free because people who make them want you sign up for hosting under them, so they give the website away free. Search craigslist or ebay for "turnkey website" and you will see many people selling them for pennies, because they do not make money on the website, they make money on the domain and hosting. Domain and hosting both together should not cost more than $15 total.
