What shall I do in the control panel ?

You will need to first backup your websites locally. If you have a database, copy it over locally. The providers will not transfer any data over for you.

The domain names, can be transferred rather easily. Simply visit the page of the provider you wish to move to, and they will have a method of transferring your domain name over. After a few confirmation emails, you will be done.
