Hows the light attached to the handguard. I am thinking of doing the same thing.

I think it just …
I think it just depends on what you prefer and what you can afford. I prefer a stubby vertgrip myself. It lets me go half n half so my hand is angled and give me near perfect repeatability. But that is just what I like. Rails are especially nice if you want to run a flashlight that is dropping down and can be accessed via thumb from your vertgrip. I personally don’t run a flashlight at the moment although. To each his own.

Unless you are LE/ …
Unless you are LE/MIL you cannot even buy an IR laser device. I doubt you or your mall ninja friends have night vision. (yes I own gen II NVD) Rails do serve a purpose (I do own a 20″ 6,8 with YHM diamond free float rails) other than a Bipod and grip panels I don’t feel I need even that. on my 16″ BCM middy I mount my TLR-1 on a FSB mount, I see no need for a foregrip (as I shoot all my rifles in a modified hasty). I do see the need for rails among the airsoft crowd though.

They’re “handguards …
They’re “handguards” not “fore grips”.
Rails serve little purpose to non-mall-ninjas.

Ill defend their choice too. Sometimes light and simple is better. You start adding rails and all the “tacticool” crap these keyboard commandos envision then it gets bulky and heavy. Especially considering its a cqb setup. I think it look very maneuverable.

I wish they were all mine. I video any rifle I can to help document the endless options available to the AR15 shooter.
I like the Tango Down grip, but I like the Magpul too.. it’s a difficult decision, I went with Tango Down because I got it cheap

Would you happen to …
Would you happen to have handled the Magpul MIAD grip? I can’t decide on getting the Tango Down pistol grip or the Magpul. Are all these rifles yours? You have great builds.

sweet. i had a colt hbar, 20inch bull bar, 1/9 twist nice rig, only thing i had was a eotech sight, and a sling, had to let it go, i couldnt afford to shoot it with the way is with .223, and needed to pay some bills, say, where can i get a colt LEO m4 for the cheapest price?

Not cheap, but it’s …
Not cheap, but it’s not mine so I would only be guessing. IT’s quite hard to get the BCM uppers like this one though so cost isn’t as big a factor as being in the right place at the right time to get one !
