I need a web design company that has hosting solution services inc luded. Looking for unlimited bandwidth, unlimited disk space, a solid consistent uptime, and support in the US is preferred – but not entirely necessary. Web design maintenance should also be included. Any suggestions?

    My suggestion: Go local!

    Find a company in your area (if possible), most website developing companies will help you with the hosting (read: They will do everything for you!). It’s also easier since you can meet with them directly to have a website that’s really what you want. I like the human approach as a website designer/programmer because the worst thing in this industry is when a client don’t know what they want or can’t explain what they want. In turn, this makes the project last longer since there’s a lot of back & forth to do. Redoing things that were unclear and modifications almost takes up to half the time of most small project and this will make the cost higher…most companies of course plan that ahead so thats why their price seems high at first.

    Maintenance is another story: Most of the time basic maintenance is included but that doesn’t include design…just basic news and stuff like that. Once again, it’s easier to have a company near you that might explain how to do your own simple updates yourself.

    Since the entire world doesn’t have either, you can’t get it. You can buy any amount you want within reason ("unlimited" means "within reason" – they can’t give you more bandwidth than they can buy from their backbone and they can’t give you more than a few petabytes of storage unless you measure your money by how much more wealthy you are than Bill Gates).

    Almost any large hosting company can give you all you need, if you accept that "unliminted" doesn’t mean unlimited.

    is the place you want. I use it. Their email interface is horrible, but they have web building tools that are okay. It’s not free, but it’s very cheap. Not only do they host websites, but they will also host your domain.

    As to unlimited… that depends on the package. And like anything in life, "unlimited" usually has it’s limits – but it should be reasonable.
