1. It does not matter who you get.
2. What do you mean by cheap? Cheap like in $10 or cheap like in $2000 cheap.

Websites works like a scale, it’s quality and success vs. money.

It all mainly depends on what you want to do. And if you want it to be done correctly and make a success.

There are so many wannabe designer out there who took a crash course in web design over night that they think they can design but truth it they can’t.

there are so many designer offering web design at very cheap prices but they miss the boat by miles, they can design great looking websites but attract zero visitors to your website.

I use http://www.1and1.co.uk and… so far so good. I’ve changed a couple of ISPs during the years but 1&1 seem to be the best one I’ve tried. My site is not live yet so I can’t swear on the performance but as far as set-up and services they’re pretty good.

the best way to go is to pay as you go never pay full in advanced
i think that its 25% advanced 50 upon start and 25 for closure
if you get someone to do your website make sure he can do what you ask for
make sure your website is simple and not to long to load
make sure your website gets your point accros
and then add key words on google

If you have a mac I'd say go dot mac, they do all that. I also think they do it for pc's too.
