How do I file an injection against a company who has block my web site and is depriving members from web site?

After hiring a web designer to update our website around the first of the year, he was told the conditions of payment, and that the holidays would push his payment out 30days after giving access to the server, one day with out our knowledge he call the provider gave access information and blocked and removed our web site, this site had hundreds of pages and now are gone.

We had developed our web site our self and got it to the update point and needed a page for database information membership and information request two pages added including a banner flash media with our logo “cosmetics”, we updated our servers to accommodate the new modifications per web designer, at no time did we authorize our site to be taken down.

    Call a Doctor or a Nurse they are the only ones authorized to give INJECTIONS.
