The only thing you can do is ask the web hosting company if they have a backup – and to back up that one page. They’ll most likely charge you 50 bucks for it though.
I will most likely use health and well being articles for educational purposes. Do I need to get written permission from the website?
Since you don’t have the legal right to make a copy of the articles, you need the copyright owner’s permission – in writing. (The copyright owner may be the company, not the author.) The copyright law isn’t that complicated – read Section 106 http://www.copyright.gov/title17/92chap1.html#106

there are plenty of free webhosts but you wont find any that offer free domain names.
best bet for domain names is to google search ‘godaddy coupons’ and find a $1 off coupon or something.
